No additional work will be performed without client authorization whenever reasonably possible.

 

5. Scheduling

Project timelines are estimates only.

Construction schedules may be affected by:

  • Supply chain delays

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Real North Contractor will make reasonable efforts to keep clients informed of any delays.

 

6. Payments

Payment schedules are established within each project agreement.

Late payments may result in:

  • Suspension of work

  • Administrative charges where permitted by law

  • Delay of project completion

Ownership of supplied materials may remain with Real North Contractor until payment obligations have been satisfied, where permitted by applicable law.

 

7. Permits & Inspections

Where applicable, permits and inspections will be coordinated as specified in the project agreement.

Certain permits may require client authorization or additional municipal documentation.

 

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide reasonable access to the property.

  • Ensure pets and personal belongings are secured.

  • Provide timely decisions regarding selections and approvals.

  • Maintain a safe work environment.

Project delays resulting from client actions may affect completion schedules.

 

9. Warranty

Warranty coverage is provided according to the specific project contract and applicable Ontario laws.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper maintenance

  • Damage caused by third parties

  • Acts of nature

  • Unauthorized modifications

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:
